Every lounge on Pawtaker is verified before it can accept bookings — we check registration documents, facilities and insurance, and we only keep lounges listed while their rating stays healthy. During a stay you get daily updates and a photo journal, and you can message the lounge directly at any time.

Creating an account, browsing pets and messaging owners is free. You only pay for a boarding stay, and the nightly rate shown on the lounge is the final price — no booking fee, no surprises at checkout.

Yes. Listings need vaccination and health records attached before they go live, and adoption listings from shelters carry their registration details. If something looks off, you can report a listing from its page and we review it.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in and the amount is refunded to your original payment method. Cancellations inside 24 hours are handled by the lounge's own policy, shown on its page before you book.
